Hi,
Is it possible to delete the dollar textdraw?
I don't know if I'm clear with "dollar textdraw" but I mean the textdraw when you give money for example.

No, that's part of the native GTA SA HUD and you can't hide it; at most you can place a black textdraw over it to completely hide it.
