MySQL - ReD_HunTeR - 09.02.2014

Hi guys,
i'm getting one error at mysql while starting the server

server info:-
Linux
And MySQL R6
MySQL R33

And getting this errors:-

[17:59:54] Loaded.
[17:59:54] Loading plugin: mysql.so
[17:59:54] Failed (libssl.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
[17:59:54] Loaded 3 plugins.

I'm using windows and I can't even load mysql.dll
