YSI.inc(56) : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "YSI\internal\y_version"

why this error appears?

Becouse you don't have full YSI library. Put full YSI folder to your pawno/includes

dowload the full YSI folder from here https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=321092 and put it in your pawno/includes folder.
