This Show When i Go FB
All sites Work from me But Only FB dont work
i Tried
Restart PC
Change Browser

But in Steam Web browser it works

Shift+F5 does a hard refresh I think. Try that.

I had this for quite some websites a while ago. Restarting my computer and using CCleaner before restarting solved my problem afaik.
