Skins Walking style/Run style - KaliKs - 07.02.2014

Hey guys i wanted to ask do you have any ideas how to create a skins that have like EXample: if you got woman skin you will be having womans walk if man you will have mans walk if gangster then gangsters walk? any ideas?

Or by using a command like /womanwalk then your walk will be like womans.
