Hey, I have an problem.
I mapped really big city outside San Andreas map, but here comes a problem.
Players couldn't fight with their fists / melee weapons. How I can fix it?

What exactly stops them from fighting with their melee? Might be problem with player-to-player syncing.
Some players might experience a player being actually more then 1.0Z above the surface making them into a floating, and then not registering on other client-side.

They just can't fight, they can't "HIT" eachother. I don't know how to explain it.

It's a known bug.They will be able to move their camera through walls and stuff...I am not sure how you can do it honestly maybe if you map it on top of the land and add custom water around?Idk

Here's an idea.
Move the entire map to an area on land somewhere, then add water around it, and set the virtual world to any number, like... 29.
Make a bridge leading to your island, if you haven't already, that you can reach from virtual world 0.
anyway... put a toll on the bridge with a checkpoint.
When players enter the checkpoint, it asks them if they wanna cross, they click yes or no, if they click yes take some cash from them and place them in the virtualworld you chose like 29 or whatever, and then set their POS to the other side of the bridge/entrance to the city.

Wait..
Can't I just delete a part of San Andreas map and create a city here?
