I've NEVER experienced this through any of the SA-MP updates and or versions. You must just have a weird computer.

It means you have used too long textdraw string or wrong formated, I believe also in SA menu you see quads, right?

Does it happen in that server ONLY? If yes, than it is a server related problem and not a SA-MP bug. Also, if you've installed any font mod, try removing them. Your helper might have installed the same and encounters the same problem.

I checked all '~' symbols, and they are even.
