SAMP editor - object is invisible! -
iChiCkeNBuTT - 06.02.2014
Hey guys,
Well i tried to add fire_large (18691) object on samp newest map editor but i can't see the object but when i go ingame for testing it's there and working. I need to know why it's like that, i can't move it where i want it when mapping because it's can't be seen.
Anyone got it on PrefabPics? might be that the problem? dunno just wondering, help is welcomed
Here is a screen that shows i added it in to my list but no img + even i added into land but i can't see anything.

Might just be one of those objects that take up space and hasn't been fully installed yet. Or it could be that the object does exist, but it's radius from the center of the object is far away, and you'll need to zoom out to view it.
Kinda like ..

It's because SAMP map editor dosen't display objects in realtime. That fire is animated, so it can't really be shown.

Particles, or any moving objects like (watefall, disco lights, etc) can't be shown moving or maybe not even appear. The map editor is just loads the model files which includes IPL format files and it develops a map. So this map editor doesn't works something like you go in-game, it is an application which doesn't needs you to be in-game.
Which water is moving? Nothing moves in the map editor.

Thank you for help btw

You can stop water animation or change it's speed on under "View" option. I think water animation is made by the editor thats why it's moving.

No i meant that after i click somewhere on land and add the fire object (can't see on editor) but after i go in game for testing, it's there (working). I was asking why i can't see it on editor.
Thank you too for the advice

When I wanted to do the same thing I putted the mouse cursor there I wanted the object to be and didn't move the mouse then adding the object
and then try to move it around, there should be a red marker on it if you find the invisible object.
