[SUGGESTION]Few LOS functions - DRIFT_HUNTER - 05.02.2014

I suggest to add few LOS functions

1.IsPlayerInLOSForPlayer(playerid, targetplayerid)
2.IsVehicleInLOSForPlayer(playerid, targetplayerid)
3.IsVehicleInLOSForVehicle(vehicleid, targedvehicle)
