So i finally figured out that there is a program out there to make gang zones in easy way so now my question is how to make the map visible through the gang color like the whole color blocks the map and i dont know how to make it show up any help will be appricated

I mean that the whole minimap is on the color of the gang zone and i want the capcity to be lower so i can see the map through the color

make the alpha parameter in the color lower i.e. 0xFF7755FF -> 0xFF775599
