This is possible to script, I am not sure how accurate.

Mostly, to explain this. It can be done in two different ways:
1) Making a model and importing it over the helicopter(Sparrow) or the vehicle.
2) Using AttachVehicleToVehicle while the helicopter is sitting directly ontop of the vehicles trunk.

Way one(1), sounds more logical for this to work perfectly. While way two(2) could be a bit buggy..
