GPU buzzing - MP2 - 30.01.2014
I recently got a new PC with a pretty high-spec graphics card, and when I'm in SA-MP, it buzzes. Not loudly, but loud enough to be annoying. If I bring the pause menu up, the buzzing instantly stops, so I assumed it was just normal when it's rendering stuff, but then today I discovered that it stopped when I held down F10 or pressed F7 twice to hide the HUD and chat. So it's the HUD/chat rendering that's causing it. Turning the radar off in the settings makes it buzz a little quieter, but not much.
What's causing it? Can I make it stop?
EDIT: Just tested in single-player with both HUD elements (top-right stuff like weapon/cash/health and radar) on and there was no buzzing at all. It's only when playing SA-MP...

It's the gpu coils making these sounds, I had it happen in every video card I had, it's nothing to worry about most of the time.

But it's not as bad as in that video, it's just a constant same-frequency buzz. It's just odd that it only happens in SA-MP and not in single-player, which makes me think the chat rendering is the cause.
It's just a bit annoying D:
