Sure you are allowed. But there wont be many people joining it, as it is much easier to join a public server, than setting up hamachi first.

Yes, I don't see absolutely anything wrong with it, go on.

But of course, none would download Hamachi, login to your network and shits just to join a server.

I personally think that it's 100% legal to host your server through hamachi, but it's not the most efficient way to get players.
