i have a 30 slot server but dont know how to upload the trucking game mode to it, is there a guide or would someone do it for me if i gave you the details please

Firstly, don't give anyone the details, that's just a bad idea..

What you need to do is compile your gamemode and place the .amx into the Gamemodes Folder using an FTP Client, I recommend FileZilla.
