Hi. I am just wondering if weare able to release mods (cleo,skins,cars ect...) And if there isnt section it woukd be cool to add one. Thanks.

SA-MP will never support mods. Especially CLEO mods since they are nowadays mostly used for cheating.

How come then people ise ELM wich is an CLEO mod?

People use them because they are allowed too, he just means SA-MP will never actually support them.

That's right. You might be able to do so on server forums as they may allow them but here they're not allowed.
