No,i wanna create a new skin (some other signs on t-shirt,different colore and other stuff)?!!

You can attach different objects like shirt and pants to the player using AttachObjectToPlayer right? You can't create new skins

That is something like a mode,but i'm not sure...You will see in some servers you have a totally new character :/

If you have no idea how 3D modeling, rigging, texturing and animating works - don't bother.

You can mod new skins, but I'm not fully sure how to do it, http://www.autodesk.nl/products/auto...s-max/overview take a look here.
It's a good program for it, but you have to pay for it.
