Streamer error - (SWE)Gold - 19.01.2014

Hi! I have a problem, When i added streamer.inc to my include directory and after typed #include <streamer> in my gamemode i get two errors:

When i create a house with GarHouse V2 the red point marker no shows.

Your streamer include is outdated.

I use 0.3x R2 is that maybe the problem? or?
And i streamer 2.6.1 R84.
