Safe Zone - D_L - 28.08.2008

i want to make a safe zone and the player whick kill a player will be going on the jail but i dont know how. anyone suggestion?

make a zone, and if someone is killed, check if they are in the zone, and if they are, figure out who killed them. and send that player to jail.
