my problem is this

Replace current files with new ones. I think it should work, right? ( I am thinking on include files )

Make sure that when you compile your script that it is in the right folder. Another way is to right click your gamemode, click properties then open as and find the pawno folder located in your server folder and click ok and then compile again (this usually occurs when you have multiple folders with pawno inside). In other cases, you could be missing "gl_spawns.inc".
