BUG with the playerid number 8 - bugi - 14.01.2014
When I try to use /makehelper /makeadmin /makevip or anything /givemoney /pm on player id 8 it returns SCM that player is not connected BUT HE IS? WTF?

updating your plugins does the trick, if it's PPC Trucking, make sure you have the include's and plugin's matching with PPC.
