Hello guys. once my rep was till 30 and got abused and abused and came low...
But till i could post some server adds. i did. months ago. And i wanted to post my new server's ip as add. and it's saying i have no permition for it. Why?

If your reputation was ever +15 before, then you can post an advertisement.

Yeah. You never had 15, or anywhere near that. Maybe a negative 15...
Posting idiotic threads like this isn't a way to get reputation either.
