Help me, on my server to a user do not bear you images.

Just happens to him, and even though it always create accounts you will still see it so, I hope that I can help I leave them a photo here below

Only happens to a user who is who took the photo, and tells me that is the only server that happens.

I have entered to your account from my computer and it looks normal.
