Hey! I want make Global SAMP project! Then i need very good host, but i dont have any ideas, where buy it, beacause i want good ping for all players. Maybe you can help me, chose best hosting! I do not care server OS, but i want good ping, anywhere. Waiting Responses!

You cant get a good ping to everywhere. Your best off going with a central server if you want as many people as possible to be able to actually play on your server. So most places in the EU should suit you.

There isn't a place where everyone can get the best ping. It depends on location and internet usage. I would put the server where you plan on having the most players.

As this guy said, there isnt a place where everyone can get the best ping, but i suggest you to get a server in Europe. I have it on France and it has a good ping.

Correct, if you have an European player base then better go with France/Germany/Netherlands or UK.
