SA-MP doesn't start. - Qink - 13.01.2014

Hello, I'm having a problem with SA-MP, every time I try to use it, it crashes on the 7/8 of loading screen.
I've tried everything possible on the internet, including:

1. Re-Installing GTA SA.
2. Re-Installing SA-MP
3. Deleting all the mods.
4. Deleting the gta_sa.set
5. Changing folder name.
6. Changing folder location.
7. Changing compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 3) to both gta_sa.exe and samp.exe
8. Making samp.exe and gta_sa.exe both run as administrator.
9. Restarting the PC.

SA-MP version: 0.3x R2.
Windows version: Microsoft Windows 8 Enterprise 64-bit.
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT.
Port: 7783.
Single Player: Working.

Depends on what version of GTA you use? Downloaded pirate copy or an original disc?

uhm i just changed the Rockstar name to Rockstar2 and i changed also Gta San Andreas name to Gta Sa Andreas2.
