Ok recently i transferred from windows XP to windows 8.1 and i have had nothing but trouble with my GTA in general, but luckily all is well apart from 1 thing, my text box in the top left corner, and just basically everything is zoomed in, and I'm not talking about the camera zoom that's fine, i asked for help IG and no one could help, could you help me?

Try different resolutions in the GTA SA menu.
That should fix it.

Make sure your game resolution matches your desktop's (recommended) resolution.
For example:
If your desktop's recommended resolution is 1920x1080 and you run your game in 1280x720 it's going to look a bit weird.
