How can i remove an original object on SA-MP 0.3c ?
i found Wiki instruction for 0.3d but i couldn't find any guide for removing on 0.3c .....

You can't remove original objects in 0.3c, the function RemoveBuildingForPlayer was introduced in 0.3d and won't work in earlier version.
