Hello iv purchased an VPS ,here is details

Virtual Servers [OpenVZ] - 2048MB
United States United States Dedicated RAM: 2048 MB Disk Space: 50 GB Bandwidth: 750GB Dedicated IP's: 1 IP

anyway iv maked my server 1000 slots and added it in hostedtab ,vps is very fast but every 1 min server full lagg for 4 seconds then lagg is gone while server lagg u cant chat or do anything, what this problem ?? Please help +reps!

How much players are on the server?
What is your ping with the server, because you might have a too high ping.

Add your server IP so i'll check it in-game.

37.59.199.199:7777 ping is low but its keep lagging that is #####ng bad!!

I haven't joined the server but I guess it could have something to do with your script.
Try another script and check if it still lags.

Perhaps a script fault. If the script is set to save massive amounts of data in say, 4 seconds intervals, that might be the cause of your lag.
