But no errors in gamemode

Is your server running 0.3d or newer?

It's like compiled the gamemode with the latest version of a_samp.inc but the samp-server.exe or samp03svr is an old version (earlier than 0.3d probably).

Just update the server package.

There is only 2 options. 1 : 0.3xR2 patch1 and 2: 0.3cR5 so what to do now?

Of course you'll select 0.3x R2 because 0.3c is too old..
