Well Maybe Some of you already know that a Week before Rockstar Released Android Version of Gta SA.
I am Not sure how it actually works. I didn't Tested it Yet.

Oh Didnt knew it but it will be OK to keep this Thread.

The Lag Depends upon the Device you are using on. My Friend said it runs without lag on Samsung Galaxy S4. Not sure about others and Yea The Graphics are not really like of pc version

I think it depends on your phone specification, maybe it automatically set the best perfomance settings for your phone.
The graphic is not same with the pc one, but it's pretty good for an android game
