Hello.
Why only use NSG SA:MP Version 0.3x-R3?
It is a private Serverupdate?

And the Client:

OMG again. Why does EVERYTIME they test a new version someone posts it here?!
Isn't if obvious that the owner is a beta tester?

It's just for testing before it goes out to the public.

Maybe it would help to add an "-test" to the (new) Version

Works for me R3 on NSG, and no it's difficult to install an .exe?

Because this is a small server, but for bigs servers is confusing for ALL players necessarily change the client, so it should be optional R3 client.

Guys.. don't fu^# with russians guys. They have just 1000/1000 servers and lots of hackes to fu%@ up other servers and hackers who try to stop all other sa-mp servers. Russians are everywhere...
BTW.. R3 it's just for security problems and some optimization and bugs. That's what i heard from NGS owner. It's true that changing the client it's "hard" for some 10 years old kids.

Sure, because making updates downward compatible is so easy. Seems like you got no idea about how server-client software works.
Either update for the test, or dont test. If youre unable to update because its "too confusing", you quite probably also wont be able to help testing.
Also, test servers dont need to have 1000 players. It even makes things more complicated if the server is too big. Testing is about finding possible problems on different client pc setups and user types. Having somethng between 100-200 players should be fine. Having more players wont bring up many new pc setups, but will just multiply the number of duplicate bug-reports, and makes managing all the feedback much more complicated.
