Are you trying to install that in your web host? If not, please it's quite simple to install if you know what is SSH.

I believe GamePanelX is one of the best, free panels. You should use it, if you are new into this.

The best in my opinion is OpenGamePanel, I speak from personal experience had with gamepanelx and bright panel, opengamepanel is the best and most complete and easy to install.
