0.3x Paused Player - jakejohnsonusa - 06.01.2014

Did the SA-MP team make it possible to detect paused players with pawn code in 0.3x?

The little time-glass icon appears in 0.3x, but is there a callback or function that can be used to detect this now too? Or do we still have to rely on the old sketchy methods as we have in 0.3e and bellow?
