[Solved]Samp won't start.. - vishalboy213 - 05.01.2014

Hello, guys. After i updated windows 8 to windows 8.1, Samp won't start. And i don't know how to solve this problem.
I've already tried to open samp as adminstrator but it doesn't work. And i tried also restarted my laptop.

Please helpme.

Fixed: uhm i just changed the Rockstar name to Rockstar2 and i changed also Gta San Andreas name to Gta Sa Andreas2.

just make a other user or open it on another user

Try to Reinstall SA-MP Client.
Try to run GTASA Single Player Does that work ?
