New exploit? - Bloodhacker - 05.01.2014

The server is running, suddenly all players no longer see him, but the process works.

Server did not notice that the players lost their connection with it.

Recently the problem appeared a few months ago. It appeared yesterday and today already 2 times. I am using hosting, I have my own gamemode that does not have any errors.

Please help me.
