Timed message with random numbers - iOxide - 05.01.2014

Hello,

Can someone tell me how can i make a random Messages like this?

Example: There will be timed message in-game that will be showed up every 10 mins.

Saying "First person to type "8519563871336" will get $1000" and when somebody type those numbers it will reward the typer with $1000.

Those numbers should be random like different numbers in different messages. I have already created the timed messages which shows every 15 mins but i don't know how to make that random numbers which gives money to players when they type that number. So any help please?
