3dtextlabel lags? - Andriensis - 04.01.2014

Basically I've got this problem here.
Whenever I try creating a business (or a building, for example) in my house it creates a pickup and a 3dtextlabel.
When I create it I don't notice any lag, but after a restart (so when the pickup and the 3dtextlabel get loaded from database) as soon as I get near the pickup / 3dtextlabel my game start lagging (not just mine, the game just lags).
I searched in the load function and it's okay. I tried removing 3dtextlabel and It worked.
I tried using CreateDynamic3DTextLabel with incognito's streamer but it doesn't work, it doesn't create any textlabel.
