Hi guys, idk how but a person below 50 posts gave me a rep which increased my reputation :O. was there a change or a bug?

I think it now counts by how many REP points the person has, because I got REPed by someone with 80 and something posts but no REP and it didn't take effect.

Actually i think the rule is now 3+ reps and 15+ posts

Ya i guess it changed.
I can give rep and it counts as official that person gets the rep.
So i guess its like 15-30 post Now.
And you need like 3 reputation a guy gave me rep he had 250 post and it counted as un-official so i check how much rep he had he had -1 so i think thats why hes rep counted as un official.

today an 150 post person repped me and i didn't get a +1 lol

Yesterday I had 15 rep points, one person repped me and I suddenly had 19. xD

Could be thathe has a negative reputation or something. There are more requirements than post count
That's normal.
