ProxDetector problems - GrandParadise - 02.01.2014

Hello

Well, i've been developing my RPG gamemode for a while now, but the ProxDetector doesn't work for some reason. When i connect to the server and type something it still shows up for the whole server. I've tried to put it on the bottom and the middle of the script but both didn't work. Could anyone help me with this?
