The Super-Shorty is a compact, stockless, pump-action shotgun chambered in 12-gauge (2ѕ and 3").[1] Most production models are based on the Mossberg Maverick 88 shotgun, though some are made from Mossberg 500 and Remington 870 receivers.[2][3] The shotgun features a spring-loaded, folding foregrip.[4] A 20-gauge model is available on special order.[4]
In the United States, civilian ownership transfers of the shotgun require a $5 tax stamp and registration as an "Any Other Weapon" (AOW) to be in compliance with the National Firearms Act.[5][6] As the weapon is originally manufactured without a shoulder stock, it is considered a smooth-bore handgun, and thus an AOW, rather than a short-barrelled shotgun.

Sorry that I didn't respond, I checked that but I had to go. Yes it was perfectly right, thanks. By the way, the shotgun name at the image that I just send in the first post is saying "Shorty".. why I didn't thought about super-shorty.. I don't know..
Thanks a lot.

I actually don't know though. One of their pages they were talking about their legitimate 'dealers' - But I have no clue to be fair.
