This is regarding the streamer, I found the OnPlayerSelectDynamicObject, but I can't find the function to SelectDynamicObject? does it use the normal SelectObject?

It uses the normal one, yea.
When editing the object, make sure to update the streamer( Streamer_UpdateEx I think ), or you won't be able to edit the object.
