How to know the same one if he changed his ip??

Do you have the geoIP plugin or so on? There was a plugin that could detect the DNS and so on and would inform you if it's seen someone connect with the same IP/DNS.

You can't, however if a player uses the same name, AND logins in, he is the same player.
