server not syncronizing !! HELP URGENT - Runedevo - 27.12.2013

Please helpme out ! I have this GM i downloaded

but when I use heavy CMD like vehicle tune, or car buying such things the server is not sync anymore and has a huge chat lagg for 20 seconds then its ok ??

is it my pc ?
script ??

If the cmd takes long to execute, the server will halt for that time, as it isnt processing anything else during that time.
Theres probably a problem with the cmds, pcs usually shouldnt take that long for any normal command.
