I am asking that can i use ngrp script with another hostname?

please answer i want to host it, its ini +80k lines

You'll have to ask the creators, and I doubt they'll say yes.

Nobody cares what script you use. It's not the SAMP team's responsibility to enforce that.

i asked because in some topics i read that "if you use it you will be banned"

You cannot use the script If the author has not given permission to anyone to use it. But I believe that If they're releasing a script, they're giving permission to re-use and modify.

If the script was released and you've downloaded it from a website/was given by a friend which the owner approves then its all good.

The script was released without permission from the creator(s). Would you use it, I only see 2 possible outcomes:
-Seeing how 'well' the others using this script do, you'll most likely won't get more than 10 players max., and nobody would care about you.
-If your server would, by some kind of miracle, turn out to be a success, the creators of the script will force you to shut down your server because you use their work without permission.

All in all, it can only end bad for you.
