MySQL, help pls. [BASIC] - Ejected - 26.12.2013

How can I make a something like...

Usage: /help [topic]
Available Topics: house, business, vehicle, cellphone, ..., ...., ..., ..., ... ect ect ect

Where when you type a topic with /help it gives you a list of available commands?

Example:
/help vehicle

*LIST*

/car engine, /car lights, /car hood, /park, ect



Also how would I make some for factions only?
Example: I'm in a PD faction so I type...
/help faction
How would I make it list a different message for each faction?
