SA-MP Map Editor - OpenGL Reindeer - [WA]iRonan - 26.12.2013

I am having a problem with SA-MP Map editor, it won't run.

Operation System: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
Drivers installed: Yes

Screenshot:

GTA San Andreas runs perfect, I tried running it on compibality modus of every Service Pack & OS.
Also tried using the newer version, it won't work. Can anybody help me?

Is the map editor files in the GTA SA directory ?

(C > programs > Rockstar Games > GTA San Andreas)..

You can't run it when GTA: SA is open, or change colors to 32bit in desktop and game.

I know. SA Is closed, it's just a shortkey in Windows 7
