TSNotifier error with Windows 8 - Printable Version

TSNotifier error with Windows 8 - Garrity - 26.12.2013

So i'm unsure if this is the correct section, but i'll give it a go.

So my TSNotifier is crashing SAMP just as I click "connect", It used to work on my Windows XP but i've upgraded to Windows 8 and the error just keeps occurring, is there anyway to fix it or get around it?
