Hi, anyone know how to disable life decreasing in time on a RPG gamemode?

There is probably code inside with a timer. Search for SetPlayerHealth and you will probably find where it is in your script. Then, just remove the unnecessary code to you.

there is no timer and not SetPlayerHealth command with "-" points
