First Off All Hi If you helped me I'll Give you +1 REP
First of all When i click connect to a server it tells me this
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
RunTime Error
Program : D:/GTA San Andreas Mulitplayer/gta_sa.exe
This Application Has Requested The RunTime to terminate it in an un usual way.
Please Contact The Application's Support Team For More Information."

Try to re-install sa-mp and direct it to your directory, search ****** how to

Update your DirectX End User Runtime. If that doesn't work, update your Microsoft C++, you'll find that all by googling.

Are you a steam user or non-steam user?
Your D: => your local drive? cause D: for me is for saving files and C: is for programs installations!
