Help regarding faction - cvnr0 - 24.12.2013

Hi I have a server which has 2 teams, army and terrorist
I want to make a faction for some players who the leaders will choose.
The faction should be not a new team but under army, I mean that players of the faction are allies of army and their color on radar is same, etc. but they are part of faction under army, have a different base etc.

Can anyone help me regarding this.
My scripting skils are basic.
