Racing Time Attack (Beta v0.1)

Hello Everybody!
As The Title stated, This is Time Attack Filterscript. In Time Attack, you could try to improve your racing skillz or can beat the Track/personal Highscore in the particular track.
It's sorta like new minigame.

Command:
-> /tt to enter/exit the time attack
